IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

Below are the instructions for ordering from your gallery and/or downloading your digital files.

Once your gallery becomes available for viewing, it will be active for 90 days. You MUST place your order AND download any purchased files before your gallery expires. THERE WILL BE A $25 CHARGE TO EXTEND OR RELOAD ANY EXPIRED GALLERY FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 DAYS.

Please understand that needing to reload an expired gallery consists of needing to pull the files from our external archives, recreate the gallery, and re-upload the files.  This is not only time consuming, but we also incur additional gallery fees.

Digital Files

Please be aware that once your gallery expires, your images and files are removed from the gallery system completely. We do archive all images on external hard drives for safe keeping.  While we do make every effort possible to keep an archive of all expired sessions/weddings we cannot guarantee against loss due to hard drive failures. We strongly recommend that you treat your files as the only remaining copy and safely backup your own digital files by storing them on external thumb drives, hard drives, or an online file storage site. Always keep more than a single copy!

If you purchased individual files through the shopping cart in your gallery, you will receive a download link in your email upon checking out. The download link you receive in your email will expire when your gallery expires, you must click the link in the email you receive and save your files to your computer before your gallery expires.

Please be aware that the file you save to your computer will be a zip file. To open the zip file: right click > select extract > choose location to extract your files.

Print Release

The print release will be included at the bottom of the email you receive with the link to download your digital files, or included on your usb with the purchase of all digital files. Most local consumer labs will require you present a printed copy of this print release when purchasing prints from your session.

Prints & Other Products

When ordering Prints and/or canvases etc. you can adjust the crop on the individual sizes ordered to your preference.

Studio pickup is free of charge. We will contact you once your order is available for pickup. Orders are processed every Wednesday and Sunday at the lab, and then usually take no longer than a week to arrive at the studio. Please be aware that Canvas orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive at the studio.  If you prefer the convenience of having your order shipped to your residence, direct from the lab, there is a $7 shipping fee. Please be aware that these times may be longer during the holiday season.

*All sales are final. We cannot change or cancel any orders once they have been submitted to the lab. Please be sure to carefully check your order prior to checking out.
